Announcement to NZX – Completion of purchase of a 70% interest in Norman Ellison CarpetsCavalier Corporation advises that with all operational conditions pertaining to the purchase of a 70% interest in Norman Ellison Carpets having been fulfilled, the parties will now proceed to complete the transaction in the next day or so. The effective date for this purchase is 1 February 2008. This announcement should be read in conjunction with Cavalier Corporation’s earlier announcements to the NZX on the Norman Ellison Carpets acquisition, the first on 26 September 2007 and another on 15 November 2007.
